White Birch Wedding Barn began with a simple walk across the property and a moment that stayed with us.
A place for beautiful moments
Surrounded by the natural beauty of white birch trees, the name came easily and felt like it truly belonged here.
During those early days, we also discovered a heart-shaped rock on the land, a small but meaningful reminder of the love stories we hoped would one day be celebrated here. That rock is now displayed in the landscaping as a lasting part of the venue’s story.
From the beginning, this space has been about creating a place where every couple can build memories that feel just as special as the setting itself.

Pat & Amie Pelham
Owners
Pat and Amie Pelham are the heart behind White Birch Wedding Barn. After years of raising their family and building a successful business together, they finally decided to turn their long-time vision of creating a wedding venue into reality. In June of 2024, they official opened White Birch Wedding Barn’s doors.
Amie, owner of Classic Cabinets and Interiors, brought her design expertise to every inch of the space. She thoughtfully designed the venue with intention behind every detail, keeping the wedding day experience at the forefront, from the overall layout down to the smallest touches. The result is a space that blends the openness of a barn with elevated, modern finishes, all while remaining warm and inviting.
Together, Pat and Amie share a commitment to creating a seamless and stress-free experience for every couple. As Pat says, they designed the space so that “high heels and dresses never touch the dirt.”
Equally important to them is transparency and value. They understand how quickly costs can add up when planning a wedding, which is why they’ve built White Birch to include so many essentials such as tables, chairs, linens, and a custom head table, so couples know exactly what they’re getting from the start.
White Birch Wedding Barn is more than just a venue to the Pelhams. It’s a place built with care, intention, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful celebrations.

Lauryn is the Marketing Director at White Birch Wedding Barn and is involved with nearly every part of your experience from start to finish. She works directly with brides, coordinates vendors and staff, manages social media, and helps bring each wedding to life while also ordering and implementing improvements throughout the venue to continually elevate the guest experience.
